Overview

Man Yee is a Legal Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department. She obtained her law degree from Queen’s University Belfast and was subsequently called to the Bar of England and Wales in November 2024. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in January 2026.

Man Yee’s practice focuses primarily on corporate advisory and transactional matters, including conducting legal due diligence exercises in connection with initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Her practice also includes advising corporate clients on employment-related matters, as well as drafting and reviewing a broad range of corporate and commercial agreements.

During her pupillage with the firm, she gained experience in real estate and conveyancing matters, including sub-sale transactions, loan documentation and disbursements, perfection of transfers and tenancy-related matters.
