Overview

Elysian is a young passionate lawyer who obtained her law degree from University of London. She is admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in January 2025. She is a Legal Associate in the Conveyancing Department. Her daily routine involves handling a variety of real estate transactions, including sub-sales of both individual and strata title properties as well as residential and commercial properties. She advises clients on sales and purchase transactions, sub-sale matters, perfection of transfer and charge, and property discharge.

Additionally, she consults with major financial institutions on compliance and financing facility drawdowns. Beyond real estate, she collaborates with the corporate department in conducting legal due diligence for corporate exercises.
